【对话部分】

对话部分非学术型对话比重大大提升，占到了总体的60%。

这对于考生来说是件好事，非学术型对话往往语言偏口语化并且结构清晰，相对来说听取轻松一些。同学们可以针对校园活动场景和日常起居场景对话重点训练。

其中学生和餐厅老师谈论膳食计划、学生去博物馆申请志愿者、女学生申请在游泳馆拍短片并被告知注意事项、学生为即将来学校观看自己演出的父母预定房间的真题多次出现重复，是同学们考前重点要训练的高危材料。

学术型对话在2022年对话比重中占比40%。其中又以课程内容讨论场景居首位，占比42%，其次是课程作业相关场景，占比34%，再次是论文场景占比24%。

学术型对话需要同学们考前做好充分的学术词汇储备，并且学会预判考点以应对极有可能会出现的多选题和表格题。

其中女生找教授问考试范围、男生晚上去还书碰见女教授还在办公室办公。后来他们聊起来global warming的真题在近年来多次重复。

【讲座部分】

讲座的四大学科出题规律基本上与上一年保持一致。

占比最大的仍然是自然科学，占比33%。其中天文学和环境生态学已经连续多年出题概率遥遥领先，是同学们考前最需要强化训练的学科。

四大学科中剩余的艺术、生命科学和社会学科的材料是平均分布的，出题数量上差别不大，换句话说就是都有几率被考察到。

艺术学科尤为艺术史相关的材料。17世纪荷兰画家按照雇主的需求绘画、舞蹈的历史和发展、日本木雕对法国艺术的影响等材料多次出题。推荐考生考前必刷。社会科学类材料重点心理学的材料。

2023 年托福听力备考建议

首先，我们来了解一下近几年的托福考试出分情况。

以2021年中国大陆考生为例，听力平均成绩是22分，与2020年持平，而这个数据在2019年是20分，2016年-2018年是19分，2010年-2015年这个数据一直稳定在18分（以上数据来源于《2015-2021年全球托福成绩报告》）。

考生听力单科成绩在近年的显著提升，反应出了考生听力水平的进步，但同样也带来了一个挑战，就是同学们要申请梦想的学校，目标分数可能也需随之提高。

从学生们的历史考试成绩来看，听力科目比写作和口语更容易出高分。以2021年中国大陆考生为例，全年有55%的托福考生听力成绩达到25分；达到30分的科目，听力有8%的学生占比，而口语、写作分别只有2%和1%。

所以对于听、说、读、写四个科目来说，拿高分的难度是不一样的（以上数据来源于《2021年全球托福成绩报告》）。

对于2023年的考生们同学们，大家确定了目标总分数后，也可以推算单科的合理分数，来指定单科分数目标。下表为2023年托福单科分数目标建议（图2），比如总目标分为100分，听力单科建议目标设在26分较为科学。

听力能力在托福考试中的考察占比是最大的，除在听力科目中进行考察之外，在口语和写作中也有着不同程度的考察。

中国考生由于语境等原因，在以下方面多多少少存在着失分风险：

1、听力词汇（语音记忆要远远弱于图形记忆）

2、背景知识（专业背景知识欠缺）

3、不科学的练习方法及刷题素材（按顺序盲目刷TPO后对答案）

4、心理素质影响考试状态（考场上紧张）

所以托福听力考生，需要考生们具备对语言的分辨、理解、提取、处理四个能力，同时积累一定的答题经验。

一、词汇储备和辨音训练

词汇和辨音是听力冲分最基本的能力要求，同学们不仅需要掌握基础词汇和核心词汇，常考学科词汇及真题词汇也要做到秒懂。

词汇识记没有问题，但是在文中依然听不出来，那么可能是辨音能力还需提升，尤其是连读、吞音、弱读等能力的训练。同学们可以通过跟读、倍速等方法来提升语音的敏感度。 二、丰富知识储备

托福听力讲座会涉及到四大学科领域，分别是生命科学、自然科学、艺术和社会科学，其知识覆盖面广，内容相对专业，所以储备相应的背景知识是我们能力预备的一个重要部分。

最好的储备方法就是按学科去听TPO的文章，大量吸收背景知识。同时一定要注意，以积累背景知识为目的去听文章，不需要分析句子结构、跟读或听写等步骤，但绝对不意味着考生们可以边做其他事情边磨耳朵，以免养成左耳进右耳出的坏习惯。

三、科学做题

托福听力文章只放一遍，考试过程中考生们需要盲听文章，再结合回忆及笔记进行答题，所以同学们需要培养自己的信息抓取能力。

高度集中注意力，听到理解后同时根据考点规则来判断所听信息的重要性，根据自己实际情况记笔记。在这里梨园老师强调一下，考生们是否适合做笔记，以及适合以什么样的方式来记笔记，是因人而异的，我们记笔记的目的是更好辅佐听，所以同学们若有听记不能兼顾的情况，笔记还是要为听让步。

考生们可以在考前一个月内，使用真题或TPO进行几次模拟考试，完成规定时间内的整套练习。

当然，有条件的考生，可以进行情景模拟，挑一个完整的上午，找一个相对但不要绝对安静的房间，按照考试时间进度一次完成阅读-听力-口语-写作的模拟，进行对线下考场环境的脱敏性适应训练。

四、考场调整心态

托福听力考试的答题时间为大section 10分钟、小section6分30秒，对于大多数考生来说这个时间并不紧张，所以不用过分担心时间不够。

当然也不可以在一道题上纠结过长时间，遇到难题不要慌乱，参考笔记回忆所听内容，结合做题技巧，仔细读题，充分了解选项内容，对比纠结的选项进行取舍。

当然，托福备考三分靠方法，七分靠练习，希望同学们坚持用对的方法练习，最终拿到理想的分数。

2022年托福听力原题解析

5月29日的线下考试原题有一篇校园生活类对话，和TPO73的第二篇Conversation内容高度重合，以下将TPO原题供同学们参考。

TPO73 Conversation 2 原文：Listen to a conversation between a student and an employee at the university conference

center.

Student：Hi, um, my parents are coming next weekend to see me perform in the Jazz concert. They wanted to find out about hotels in the area and well, my roommate said you can put them up here on campus?

Employee：Well, our conference center includes a full-service hotel, but when the university is hosting a conference or workshop, we do give priority to registered participants. Now, if there's nothing going on or there are still rooms available, then anyone can reserve them. Let's see. Um, when did you say they're coming?

Student：Next weekend?

Employee：Um, when exactly?

Student：Well, uh. the concert’s on Saturday, and I think they wanted to stay for two nights, Friday and Saturday.

Employee：Well, actually，there's a training workshop next week, but it ends on Saturday. We're booked through Saturday morning, but I could give you a room for Saturday night.

Student：Um. So how soon could they arrive on Saturday? I mean, they probably wanna change and stuff before the concert that afternoon.

Employee：Well, check in time is one pm.

Student：Oh, that should give them plenty of time. So I guess one night will be, okay. And how much of the rooms?

Employee：$90 a night for double occupancy. I'll need payment in advance to confirm the reservation.

Student：Can I use my credit card?

Employee：That's fine. If you’ll just sign this form here while I take your card. Oh, and let me give you a parking pass. Are they driving?

Employee：Yes, it’s good for anywhere on campus, not just the conference center.

Student：Great. Um, just one more thing. I don't know if you know anything about this, but well, you' ve already been so helpful and all, but I was wondering, see, on Sunday. Before they go back，they wanted to take a little day trip with me to see sugar land falls. They say they've heard so much about it, but I’ve never been there before. Would you happen to..

Employee：We get asked that all the time, here's a brochure for visitors to the area. There's plenty in there on sugar land falls. It's probably the most popular tourist attraction around. It's quite beautiful. I think they even have a tour guide there, and then there's natals falls too. Have you ever been there?

Student：Nope, haven't even heard of that one.

Employee：Well, natals falls isn't as big. But it's so close to sugar land that you could visit both on Sunday. In fact, there's even a shuttle bus between the two. Or if you prefer, it's about 10 minute ride by car. The brochure has a map and it's got lots of other tourist information, local restaurants and so on.

Student：Great, thanks. This will really help.

Employee：And metals falls. Well, this is really why I suggest it. You can go swimming there underneath the waterfall as a tourist site. It's not much compared to the bigger falls, but it's just the perfect size for swimming and Sunday supposed to be quite hot.
